Down the Memory Hole

Media reports highlight the arrival of new school trailers from Dubai in Gaza. They were meant to replace classrooms blown up during Operation Cast Lead. The reports on the new classrooms omit one key detail.
A genral view shows trailers donated by the Dubai-based organization "Dubai Cares" for Palestinian students whose school was damaged during Israel's 22-day offensive that ended in January, in the northern Gaza Strip town of Beit Lahiya on March 12, 2009. Students of the Sakhnin School restarted classes on March 12 in the trailers donated by the Emirati group.
Ignore the typo in the caption as well (lots of layers of editorial review and all that).

There's a reason that Israel bombed the Gaza school.

It was a launching pad for dozens of rockets against Israel. It's curious why the media reports on the new trailers omits the reason for why the school was targeted in the first place.
A Palestinian youth walk amidst debris following an Israeli air strike targeting the American International school of Gaza in Beit Lahia on January 3, 2009. Israeli missiles demolished the school in northern Gaza, killing a guard in a strike the army said targeted a college used as a base for firing a large number of rockets.
By ignoring the reason for the school being targeted, the media acts as a propaganda outlet for Hamas and the terrorists who use all those kinds of locations from which to carry out attacks against Israel. Hamas and Islamic Jihad have repeatedly made use of civilian areas for their preparations, mortar and rocket attacks, including schools, zoos, hospitals, and apartment buildings. This is yet more evidence that the media is willingly covering up those atrocities and finding reason to blame Israel for the damage done.
