You can't begin to make this stuff up. North Korea's Kim Il Jung (aka L'il Kim) thinks that the solution to his country's ongoing problems with famine is to raise giant rabbits for consumption.
Actually, the best way to solve the famine problem in North Korea is for L'il Kim and his cult followers to go the way of Heaven's Gate and just die already. The North Koreans would be much appreciative.
On the flip side, raising giant rabbits should keep former President Jimmy Carter well away from entering North Korea after his last encounter with one.
