The Palestinians need money badly. Real badly. And yet they literally piss* on the very folks who might provide the Palestinian people humanitarian relief. The cartoon shows that they have absolutely no interest in democracy, freedom, or US values. They want the money to continue their genocidal campaign against Israel - using suicide bombings and terrorist attacks to destroy Israel through attrition.
Why would anyone want to provide any kind of aid to a group of people who have absolutely no interest in self preservation? Would this not be an example of throwing yet more money down a rat-hole?

*Anonymous emailer can't quite get the image out of his mind, and while Palestinians have not been actually seen pissing on Americans, they have instead blown up, murdered, kidnapped, and shot at Americans who have been in the region trying to improve the Palestinians' way of life.
Meanwhile, LGF reports that PA Security Forces have ransacked the Palestinian parliment building because they have not been paid for several months now - and were promised some payment earlier this week only to be told that it wasn't going to happen.

Ed Morrissey notes the fecklessness at the UN and their attempt to garner support for providing yet more aid to the Palestinians when the Palestinians themselves have done everything imaginable to show themselves utter incapable of being trusted.
