That Didn't Take Long

North Korea is already reneging on the agreement to give up its nuclear weapons program.

Go figure. Among their demands were to get a nuclear reactor from the US:
During talks in Beijing it said it would only consider disarmament if the US gives it nuclear reactors to generate power.

The stipulation has cast doubt over the country's commitment to bringing an end to the tense three-year stand off between itself and the rest of the world.

Washington has rejected the North's demand and urged it to abide by its promise to abandon its weapons programme and rejoin the nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty "at an early date".
The North is engaging in a bait and switch job and one definitely needs to maintain their skepticism over anything the North says or does. Letting the North implode from within while interdicting any possible weapons transfers still appears to be the only strategy that can continue isolating the North.
