This comes as no surprise. Syria is blowing off IAEA inspectors who want to check into Syria's nuclear program. Also, IAEA examination of materials stemming from the September 6 raid have come back inconclusive. Again, that's not a surprise given the investigation was launched nine months after the site was scrubbed by the Syrians.
And you want to know the kicker? Syria wants to get a seat on the board of the IAEA so that it can thwart future investigations.
