Once again, the Detroit Free Press decides to play name that party knowing full well that its dispatches will be picked up by the national media. Kilpatrick is a Democrat.
The District Attorney is expect to indict Kilpatrick for assaulting an officer in July as he tried to serve court papers on one of Kilpatrick's friends.
