The headline blares West may have to live with low-level Iranian atom work. Why? Why do we have to live with this existential threat? Iran has no qualms about what their long term intentions are. They want the bomb so that they can use it. And they're already using the threat of having the bomb to try and affect oil prices, diplomatic maneuvering, and the geopolitical landscape in the Middle East.
For one thing, the IAEA is toothless and the UN is useless. Both are supposed to handle these kinds of threats, yet neither is capable of doing anything.
