I was experimenting with taking multiple exposures on the same frame of film. This was shot in Times Square around 4:45pm as an ambulance was threading its way downtown. You can tell that it doesn't get very far over the time of the exposure.
I didn't use a tripod on the shot, which can explain some of the camera shake between the shots, but everyone who's seen the picture is intrigued nonetheless. To me, it's like blinking your eyes and opening up the world to a new view.
