Iran's Cognitive Dissonance

Iran is busy expressing its cognitive dissonance. On the one hand, they claim not to be threatening Israel, but on the other, they announce that they have new missiles with a 2,000 km range that will be capable of hitting Israel quite easily.

Now, there is good reason to question whether the Iranians have made those technological breakthroughs, but this fits an ongoing pattern of threatening and denying that the threats were made all while pushing the country's technological barriers forward.

Iran's agenda will not be denied by talking.
