The photo is jarring, but tells you all you need to know about how the media was not only manipulated on the Qana incident, but gives you insight into what those media manipulators in Lebanon were doing.
Who exactly displays a dead baby for all the world to see in such a fashion, and then goes around to make sure that there's a second take and to make sure everyone gets the shot just right? Only someone who doesn't care about the lifeless baby in their arms, but the emotional impact that such video and photographs without that additional context provides.
Don't doubt for a moment that those individuals weren't manipulating the media in every way shape and form. The conflict in Lebanon was manipulated by Hizbullah and exploited at Israel's expense at every turn. Hizbullah controlled access in South Lebanon and had minders and their own stringers pushing an anti-Israel agenda.
This same situation is being replayed as we speak as Hizbullah is manipulating the media coverage of their move to topple the Siniora government in Beirut.
