Hemming In Somali Islamists

With the Somali Islamic Courts on the run, Kenya is sending troops to the border to prevent their entry into Kenya and the US forces are patrolling the waters off Somalia to pick up any remnants.

That includes potential al Qaeda and other jihadis who made their way to Somalia to fight.
