Larry Silverstein thinks that the Lower Manhattan economic situation is so good that he's gone on a buying spree. He's bought another building on Church. Silverstein is looking to dominate the Lower Manhattan real estate market and before all is said and done, he will control some of the newest and largest office spaces in Manhattan, let alone downtown. Meanwhile, a big law firm is moving to Lower Manhattan from Midtown and upping the total square footage that it is renting.
