Islamic Terrorists Target Kids During Toy Giveaway

The headline reads:
Bomber Bloodies U.S. Toy Giveaway — At Least 31 Iraqis Killed; 22 Die in Other Violence — BAGHDAD, Nov. 24 — A suicide attacker steered a car packed with explosives toward U.S. soldiers giving away toys to children outside a hospital in central Iraq on Thursday, killing at least 31 people.
This is the face of the enemy folks. Depraved Islamic terrorists think that killing women and children standing in line waiting for toys being given away by US military forces is acceptable.

Where is the outrage from the Muslim community? Does anyone think that this is an acceptable target? Under absolutely any circumstances. When will folks realize that our enemies have absolutely no restraint in killing women and children. And, will this incident create the kinds of conditions that we're seeing develop in Jordan following the 3 hotel bombings in Amman?

Camp Katrina notes that some media outlets - the New York Times - said that the bombing occurred as a US convoy passed nearby, instead of while US forces were handing out toys, candy, and food. Oh, and the Times omitted the fact that there were other US troops inside the hospital assessing the facility for refurbishment.

Media bias at the New York Times? Say it isn't so.

UPDATE 11/26/2005:
And terrorists are turning toys into bombs. Gateway Pundit, Powerline, Gina Cobb, and Michelle Malkin note that disturbing trend, though children are often victims of shrapnel and bomb fragments in many wars. Kids will often rummage through locales looking for things to play with and come across bomb fragments and unexploded munitions sometimes with deadly consequences. That the terrorists are purposefully making toys into explosives is another sign of the depravities of the terrorists and utter disregard for human life.
