You've Been Warned - Again and Again

How many warnings must the MTA have before it sinks in that the subway and rail systems have serious security deficiencies that must be addressed.

From unsecured hatches to relay rooms that lack fire detection and suppression systems, the system needs to be addressed in a timely and prompt fashion.

That hasn't happened to date, and someone must be held accountable for the failures to address these base needs.
