Federal Judge Rules Significant Portions of Health Care Act of 2010 Unconstitutional

A federal district court judge in Florida, Roger Vinson, has issued a 78 page ruling that key components of the health care reform act of 2010 are unconstitutional and that the entire law "must be declared void."

This decision affects all but guarantees that the constitutionality of the act will go before the US Supreme Court at some point because there is a difference in interpretations between multiple circuits.
