What if Harry Potter decided to be friends with Draco Malfoy and realized just how rude Ron Weaseley was to both him and Hermoine Granger?
Well, we'd be in for a serious problem, that's for sure.
Meanwhile, it seems that educational failure has been an issue in the wizarding world too. After all, there is limited education for children until they're shipped off to Hogwarts or one of the other wizarding schools. No Wizard Left Behind seems like the perfect program.
