Tiger Woods announced that he would take an indefinite leave from professional golf so that he can attempt to salvage his marriage with Elin Nordegen. Good luck with that latter bit. The infidelity scandal has been at a fever pitch as each new day brings a new paramour or allegation of infidelity. More than a dozen women are alleged or have admitted to relations with Woods. They range from porn stars to cocktail waitresses.
Woods can claim that he's taking an indefinite leave but that gets put to the test in April when the Masters Tournament takes place in Augusta, Georgia. We'll see just how serious Woods is in trying to salvage his family life by whether he skips the Masters.
