Political Stories of the Decade

It was the worst political decade since the last decade.

It's an equal opportunity bashing of politicians, though it left out a couple of notable events. Sadly, there was no mention of Eliot Spitzer or Jim McGreevey, and yet they were two of the biggest political stories (or political disasters) of the decade. McGreevey's apology in particular, was epic for its hilarity and ignored the real reason he needed to exit stage left; he wasn't merely resigning because he was a gay American, but because he tried to put his lover in a position he was wholly unqualified to fill - homeland security director for NJ.
