Continuing Updates On Iranian Upheaval

Twazzup is a good resource for combining the Twitter feeds on Iran and various other news sources. It's good for organizing the information as it comes rolling in. Here are some additional thoughts on the Twittering of the ongoing and developing situation in Iran.

There's word of clashes at the Tehran University, with multiple injuries reported. In fact, 15 are in serious condition. That follows about 2,000 demonstrators standing up to police.

More video continues leaking out:

There's no way to know how many people have been injured in these riots and the crackdown, but it's got to be high and growing. Things are only getting more dangerous by the hour.

UPDATE:
The regime is busy engaging in denial of service (DoS) attacks, to shut down opposition outlets to the rest of the world.

Foreign journalists are getting the boot. There are definite shades of Tienanmen Square here - particularly in the way the regime is busy trying to eliminate any record of the events by shutting the nation's access to the rest of the world. It's far more difficult than it was in 1989, but that isn't going to stop Ahmadinejad and his thugs from trying.

The regime continues detaining people.
