Name That Party: Assault and Battery Edition

Lucretia John, 32, filed a complaint last Saturday claiming state Sen. Kevin Parker, 41, pushed her, knocking her glasses to the floor - and then purposely stepped on them, according to the police report.

The argument at the lawmaker's Glenwood Road office erupted Saturday afternoon, police said. John filed her complaint at 4 p.m.

Parker then filed a cross-complaint an hour later, cops said - claiming she was the one who lost it, and that she hit him, the police report said.

This isn't his first dustup, as he was accused of punching a traffic agent for ticketing his double parked car.

His party affiliation. You guessed it. Democrat (and he's the Democratic Whip in the State Senate).
