You know something is wrong when you can get your federal income tax refund before you get your 19 inch LCD television from Verizon pursuant to the Verizon Triple Play incentive. The company claims that you should receive the LCD tv in 6 to 10 weeks from the date they receive your notification. Well, I put in my notification on February 5.
Verizon has been kind enough to finally fix their billing errors after nearly six months of trying, but we're still waiting on the television.
I received my federal tax refund today via direct deposit after submitting a paper return three weeks ago. How is it that the IRS can be more efficient than Verizon?
