Al Franken didn't file corporation income tax returns or pay corporate taxes to CA from 2003 through 2007 for corporation operating out of CA. He owes back taxes, interest, and penalties, but let's not forget that it's illegal to avoid paying and filing tax.
If he can't be trusted to file his tax returns, how can Minnesota trust him with their votes? After all, Franken thinks that he can and should run for the Senate in Minnesota.
