For the campaigns of Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama, the Louisiana primary and caucuses in Nebraska and Washington along with the caucuses in the Virgin Islands provide the latest opportunity to show just how split Democrats are over who should be the nominee.
Meanwhile, John McCain has an open route to the nomination with Republican contests in Louisiana, Kansas and Guam. Despite the AP claiming that either Mike Huckabee or Ron Paul (who quit actively campaigning last night) were in the race, it's a statistical impossibility that either could take the nomination from McCain.
UPDATE:
Results are coming in.
Nebraska and Washington have both gone for Obama.
Huckabee won Kansas.
