Bryan Preston of Hot Air tried getting Rep. John Murtha (D-PA) to comment on the dismissal of charges against Marine Corps Lance Cpl. Justin Sharratt and Capt. Randy Stone yesterday.

What they got was a whole lot of no comment and a hang up.

Classy.

I wonder if his office would make the same statement to a constituent. If you are one of his constituents, would you please try to make contact with his office and see whether you do better than Bryan did?

So far, there's nothing on his website apologizing for his outrageous comments that essentially convicted these Marines of criminal actions before the investigation into the incident in Haditha, Iraq was complete.
