The Early Line

I haven't checked to see what the official line on the Super Bowl between the Colts and Bears; I usually just predict these kinds of things on a straight won/loss and not with points based on how well the teams have done during the season and how the teams match up. So, without further ado, here is my prediction:

17 - 9

Colts. Yes, Peyton Manning will get his ring.

The Bears will not get any offense out of Grossman and will settle for three field goals. But if you think that Manning and the offense will be the ones that get this game won, you'd be mistaken. It will be the Colt defense that gets on the board first, with a TD run back on a Grossman interception. Peyton will have a pedestrian day, but it will be more than enough to win.
