The New York Times is kind enough to admit that they screwed up their coverage of the John Kerry statement that slammed those who serve in the US Armed Forces.
Too bad that they didn't fact check when they ran the story in the first place. That would have been too easy, and would have killed the story right then and there because the Times' reporting and the spin found in the original story simply were not supported by the facts.
