Sen. Charles Schumer yesterday signaled that John Bolton will finally get Senate confirmation as U.N. ambassador, saying it's "unlikely" Democrats will mount a filibuster to block him a second time.
The Post reported last week that Schumer and fellow New York Democrat Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton, who both voted for the anti-Bolton filibuster last year, hadn't ruled out voting for his confirmation this time.

Bolton's Confirmation Expected
Sen. Chuck Schumer says that John Bolton's confirmation as US Ambassador to the UN is all but assured. The Democrats simply don't have the votes to filibuster Bolton.
