On Dana Priest

Her Washington Post article won her a Pulitzer Prize, but the questions about her story and its sources are the bigger story - and a bigger mystery.

The story was based on leaks of classified information - leaks that are punishable under federal law. They undermined US national security and Priest was more than happy to run with them.

Of course, as a journalist, Priest knows that leaks are not only a part of the job, but a way to make a name for yourself. Instead of covering a story, Priest is now the focus of the story.

You ought to check out AJ Strata and Flopping Aces - those two have this story pegged and Priest's actions are highly questionable.

Others to look at: Tom Maguire and Mac Ranger (just keep scrolling).
