Is it possible that the pundits analysis of the New Orleans vote got it all wrong? Paul at Wizbang thinks so. He has some serious points - namely that as bad as things are with Nagin, they could be even worse under Mitch Landrieu, despite the fact that the Times Picayune had endorsed Landrieu over Nagin.
So, the voters are holding their collective breath and voting for Nagin, hoping that he wont be nearly as bad as they expect Landrieu to be.
