Syria Behind Harari Assassination

This is not a surprise as most observers thought that Syria would have their bloody fingerprints all over this criminal act.

Now, this is the UN we're talking about, so what will be their response? Will they issue a harshly worded statement? Will they pass a resolution in the General Assembly? Sanctions? A Security Council resolution?

I'm betting that it will be a UN Security Council resolution. With no teeth.
