And not in a good way. He's been indicted for felony conspiracy indictment for his alleged involvement in a Texas campaign finance scheme. Rep. Tom Delay (R-TX) and House Majority Leader, along with two political associates, were named in an indictment handed up by a Travis County grand jury.
Delay has stepped down from the leadership post, but he claims that this is a political witch hunt by a partisan DA back in Texas. That remains to be seen.
