It Would Be Nice...

...If the plaintiffs in a case against the PLO could satisfy the judgement against the PLO and seize the property used by the PLO in New York City.
Rep. Anthony Weiner has joined the battle to seize the Palestinians' U.N. Mission building and sell it to pay a $116 million legal judgment they owe to an American Jewish family.

The city congressman and mayoral candidate filed a "friend of the court" brief yesterday on behalf of Yaron Ungar's surviving family, which won the huge judgment from the Palestinians last year after suing them for their role in a 1995 Hamas terror attack.

The family is scheduled to go to court on Sept. 13 to ask a federal judge to order Weiner said yesterday that seizing the building will be a way to hold the PLO responsible for sheltering Hamas terrorists.
Guess who is defending the the building at 115 E. 65th St. in Manhattan — which the family's lawyer, Robert Tolchin, estimated to be worth "in the eight-figure range" — be sold and the proceeds be given to Ungar's kin.

PLO on the case - Ramsey Clark. I guess he has more time to deal with this case since he got the boot from Saddam Hussein's defense team. He goes from defending genocidal thugs to defending homicidal thugs who have genocidal intent.
