Kerry and the 180s

The Neolibertarian suggests that Kerry is the dumbest politician alive on the basis of what the Boston Globe claims was found in Kerry's file. Kerry signed his Form 180 to release his military records more than 2 years after critics requested he do so.

The records the Globe claims to have found shine no new light on Kerry's record. If so, then why did Kerry refuse to release the records when first requested. He would have eliminated a very effective avenue of attack by his opponents. The truth is a perfect defense after all.

Problem is, did the Globe really get their hands on the entire Kerry record, or are there pages still out there? Michelle Malkin seems to think otherwise. She's not alone. Did the Navy release all the records, or have they withheld certain records? Who is in a position to say? Will we ever know?

The one person who would know, wont say. That would be Senator Kerry, who has made it quite clear that he doesn't want people knowing his record, even if the sanitized version supports his view on his record.

And that makes him the dumbest politician alive. This controversy and avenue of attack will continue until all the records are released - and confirmed released by the powers that be. In other words, nothing has been settled.

Well, one thing can be settled - Kerry performed worse in school than Bush.
