Does This Count As Abuse In Violation of the Geneva Convention?

Saddam Hussein was shaken by video of Iraqis voting in the first free elections in the country in more than 50 years.

"He was clearly upset. He realized that it was over, that a democratic process had taken place and that there was a new, elected president," Bakhtiar Amin said.

"It was not just the fact that there was a new president, but that the president was a Kurd. What's more, it all happened without bloodshed," he said.
Will the Leftists and apologists decry the showing of the videos to Saddam, claiming that those videos are cruel and unusual punishment in violation of the Geneva Convention?

I think seeing a Kurd as Iraq's President, even though the position is mostly ceremonial, is the worst thing for him, the final insult. I can't think of what would be worse for him.

Don't forget a Shi'ite as a Prime Minister. Yeah, and all three groups (Kurds, Shi'a, and Sunni) working together to get the government functioning. Can't wait til the war crimes trials start against Saddam. Watching Saddam confronted by his victims will be akin to the Nuremberg trials.

That is, if the US big media permits the video to be shown.
