A blog for all seasons; A blog for one; A blog for all. As the 11th most informative blog on the planet, I have a seared memory of throwing my Time 2006 Man of the Year Award over the railing at Time Warner Center.

Photo of the Day
Lest we forget those who took the ultimate sacrifice for our Nation. Taken at the Vietnam Veterans Memorial 3/2005.
To me, the most emotionally powerful place I have ever visited was Yad Vashem in Israel, and in particular the Children's Memorial. In it, there were these candles placed behind mirrors and glass so that just a few candles looked like millions.
Walking through there was inspiring and somber at the same time, because it made you realize what the power of one person, one child could do. You can almost get that feeling from the Vietnam Veterans Memorial - that one person's name inscribed on the wall could impart so much to so many.
