The investigations into the UN peacekeeper sex scandal in Congo keeps growing. The situation is such that one has to wonder how Kofi Annan remains in his position despite the growing evidence that the bureaucrats at the UN headquarters in New York looked the other way as the abuses piled up.
Indeed, the list of abuses among UN peacekeepers appears to continue growing, as reports come in from other locations that peacekeepers abused their trust and abused locals.
